Visual Rhetoric: Animation Communication

One of the projects I’d like to eventually get up and running relates to creating informational videos which would depict abstract, theoretical/material concepts to college students (and really, the general public). But to do this, I either need to learn an animation program and become a graphic designer, or I need to higher someone who already is. Additionally, I need to decide on the kind of animation style I’d like to employ, and write my scripts accordingly. Here are some of my favorite examples of animation communication. They depict abstract concepts and/or complex systems through the use of proximal visualization, mapping, and metaphor.
