Visual Rhetoric: Animation Communication

One of the projects I’d like to eventually get up and running relates to creating informational videos which would depict abstract, theoretical/material concepts to college students (and really, the general public). But to do this, I either need to learn an animation program and become a graphic designer, or I need to higher someone who already is.¬†Additionally, I need to decide on the kind of animation style I’d like to employ, and write my scripts accordingly. Here are some of my favorite examples of¬†animation¬†communication. They depict abstract concepts and/or complex systems through the use of proximal visualization, mapping, and metaphor.
